Prayers Please!

On May 18th, our little 13 month-old nephew, Chase Gregerson, was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy. His case is very severe, and the Lord has been blessing him with miracles already, but we want as many blessings as the Lord is willing to give. If you could keep him in your prayers, it would be so welcome and appreciated.

We love Jeff, Janell, and all 4 of their beautiful children and our hearts are aching for them at this time. You can read about what is going on the blog Janell started for Chase at: http://www.littlechasesbigheart.blogspot.com. It is very moving and such a beautiful blog of love, faith, and trust in our Heavenly Father. Hug your babies a little closer today and cherish every moment with them, because each second is a gift. We are more thankful for our children than ever, and more thankful for our families, and more thankful for the knowledge that the gospel provides that we can all be together forever. Thank you all so much!

Staycation

Spencer ended up working every day in May but 6, and we were all feeling a little burned out so we ran away to the Westin, in Princeville. The weather was funny, because that is the rainy part of the island, but it was dry and hot up there, while all yucky and rainy down in Lihue. We didn't mind a bit (although our sun-burnt shoulders might!). We just hung out and played in the pools all day, got shave ice in Hanalei, fed Koi in the ponds ands just enjoyed our time together.  Lucy even slept through the night for the first AND second time. I kept waking up wondering how she was though! We love these little ones so very much and are so thankful to be their parents.

Mad loved the waterslide!

All tuckered out and only the 1st night!

Goosie in a Bumbo!

Lucy is most often called by Goosie now. First it was Lucy Goosie, now it's evolved into just Goosie. Who knew that would happen? We love it and we love her so much! I saw on my friend's blog pictures of her baby just a few weeks older sitting in a Bumbo so we tried to sit Goosie in one. She's not a fan, yet, but we keep trying! She's just too cute!

Don't mind the drool :)

Aidan's May Day/Praise Day

Aidan's school put on their annual May Day performance. He was so darling in his performance and he was so serious about it. He kept coming home and talking about how the other kids wouldn't pay attention and kept messing up. We love him so much!

Sienna 1st Band Concert

Sienna has taken after Spencer and is very gifted musically. Not only does she play the guitar, piano, and ukulele, she played the tuba in band this year. She has gotten very good at it and really enjoys it. She'll be playing it again next year. We loved getting to see her perform with her band. We only have 2 pictures, and they are not very clear, but we love seeing them anyway. Way to go, Sienna! We are so proud of you!

The Long-Awaited Lucy pictures!

Here they are! There are so many of them, but I just couldn't decide which ones are my favorites! My friend, Heidi, took them for me and we got so many great shots, even with Lucy crying most of the time. I love them, especially since she seems so much bigger already. Thanks Heidi! Love ya more than you know!
